Dispatch

Standard orders are dispatched within 3 working days. If you select Express dispatch at checkout (+€1.29), your order ships within 1 working day.

Delivery

We ship across the European Union with tracked postal delivery. Typical delivery time after dispatch is 2 to 5 working days depending on destination. You receive a confirmation with tracking when your order ships.

Shipping costs

Single Wand: €3.90 shipping. Double Pack and Triple Pack: free shipping. Free shipping applies automatically to any order of €21.90 or more.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Return shipping is at your cost.

For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original seal are always eligible within the 14-day period.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping cost within 14 days, to the payment method you used. The express dispatch fee and the cost of the return shipment are not refunded.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement immediately at our cost. No need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
