1. Who we are

This shop is operated by Flyaway Fairy Ltd, Rubesova 583/2, Prague, Czech Republic, referred to below as "we" or "us". Contact: [email protected].

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through flyawayfairy.com by consumers within the European Union. By placing an order you accept these terms.

3. Products

We sell the Flyaway Fairy hair taming wand in single, double and triple packs. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in packaging may occur.

4. Ordering and contract

Displaying products on this site is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline orders at our reasonable discretion, for example where payment fails or delivery to your address is not possible.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and optional services (such as express dispatch) are shown before you complete your order. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered there.

6. Delivery

We ship across the European Union. Dispatch and delivery times, shipping costs and the express dispatch option are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, tell us within that period by email to [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision, your order number and your name.

You then return the goods to us within 14 days of your notice. You bear the direct cost of the return shipment. We refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return, using the same payment method you used.

Please note: for reasons of hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery. Unopened products in their original seal can always be returned within the withdrawal period.

8. Legal warranty

The statutory warranty rights of EU consumer law apply. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as the law provides.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Mandatory statutory liability, including product liability law, remains unaffected.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Any dispute may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
